Primary Responsibilities/Function:

The candidate will be responsible for building on-balance sheet mortgage loan business in wealth management Japan by

- Determining all the important parameters of mortgage loan business in Japan

- Getting new business case approved by HQ and implement end-to-end processes with all the stakeholders, i.e. L&C, Ops, CRC, etc.

-He or she will also need to support existing Lombard loan by Communicating between client advisors in Tokyo/Region on collateral management and with L&C on facility letters, PCDs, etc.

-Therefore the candidate must have strong background in mortgage loan business in bank environment (preferably with retail customers), i.e. long term experiences in mortgage loan business, from credit approval, coordination with treasury and Ops, foreclosure processes, etc. Qualification of property valuer is preferable.

- Undergraduate degree
- 5 plus more years of experience in mortgage loan businesses
- Business-level English; Native or native-level Japanese
- In-depth product knowledge on mortgage loan or loan (from Bank) is essential
