外資系金融機関におけるリスク業務（Corporate Underwriting)の求人

・Lead cross functional deal teams including sales, pricing, legal, controllership, compliance, structure, underwrite, negotiate documentation and close complex lease and loan transactions; primarily to large corporate customers.
・Work closely with sales teams to identify larger enterprise relationships and work to pre-approve credits to enhance chances of winning in a competitive environment.
・Mine existing relationships closely with Sales and find opportunities to increase volume where possible.
・Ensure enhanced coordination and communication with sales.
・Perform and train junior colleagues on detailed cash flow analysis and forecasting for larger transactions.
・Present transactions to management for approval.
・Negotiate structure and legal documentation with clients.
・Provide Risk education and training to other functions (mainly Sales) in the company
・Formally/informally mentor junior risk and sales colleagues.
・Others (special assignments such as leading process improvement projects)

・7 to 10+ years’ experience in corporate underwriting in leasing or in banking industry.
・BA degree or higher
・Good understanding of :
-Diverse industries- Customers
-Financial statements analysis.
-Cash flow modeling
・Proven leadership skills (track record); decisiveness.
・Good communicator & listener (interpersonal skills).
・PC competence: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
