仕事内容
This position is responsible for managing the environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and security crisis management (SCM) programs for managed sites in Japan. You will report to the Manager as a member of the corporate services team who handles wide ranging fields such as reception, security, facility, mailroom, Health & Safety (H&S) and crisis management.
-Coordinate implementation of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) and security crisis management (SCM) programs for all managed sites.
-Represent EHS/SCM for all Corporate Business Leaders and handle the EHS/SCM committee in managed sites.
-Drive and manage the implementation of established EHS/SCM programs and tools for Japan meeting all company policy, programs and country laws.
-Manage and coordinate all audits and reviews to meet company and country compliance/regulatory requirements.
-Manage the oversight, management and implementation of site Contractor Safety Program.
-Develop and maintain an EHS/SCM network for reporting and sharing best practices.
-Support and train the employees for EHS/SCM awareness and standards.
-Create awareness of EHS/SCM and standards among contractors/service companies.
-Manage relationships with landlords, clients, service providers, internal support departments and governmental office, as requested.
-Approve and review all EHS/SCM associated projects to ensure facilities meet all regulatory and business requirements.
-Develop budget requirements from EHS/SCM perspectives.
-Establish and maintain measurable EHS/SCM service delivery levels for each managed site.
-Perform other duties, as needed (dominant themes are, but not limited to, energy saving, emergency preparedness, fire protection, ergonomics, contractor safety, security access control and crisis management, such as emergency response plan and business continuity plan.)

必要スキル
-University Degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, engineering, or related science/discipline (OR in lieu of degree, combination of education and 7 years of EHS/SCM experience in Japan)
-3 years of professional experience in EHS/SCM in Japan
-Fluency in Japanese with proficiency in English
-Demonstrated ability to develop and achieve measurable goals
-Strong project management skills
-Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
