外資系運用会社でのSecurities Lending Product Services Specialist（若手）の求人

The Securities Lending Product Services Specialist is responsible for 6 key areas: return instruction input; loan/return settlement follow-up; collateralization and billing process monitoring; reconciliation with custodian, borrower, and Company; maintenance of lendable shares; and daily reporting.

●Establish and develop the operational fundamentals to achieve business targets through strong risk controls and sound relationships with borrowers, custodians and service providers.
●Proactively participate in the system development and expand the scalability of the future business and increase the adequate level of risk control/management.
●Ensure the appropriate and timely settlements of loans and returns as support of global trading efforts by actively communicating with custodians and borrowers. Monitor and resolve all related settlement issues in a daily basis.
●Perform appropriate controls including reconciliations in outstanding loan positions and collateral reconciliations between Company, borrowers, and custodians. Follow Company escalation procedures and understand the downstream impact to the associated processes including billing and accounting.
●Develop expertise in the regional local market practices to provide the best of class service and to ensure Company’s business under a best practices policy.
●Establish and expose effective internal/external relationships locally as well as globally including trading team, business development, IT support, borrowers, global custodians/providers as well as internal service providers.
●Support Head of Product Services and Business Development Officer on the Securities Lending group’s Business Decision / Strategic initiatives.

●4yr college degree in Finance, Economics, Math or some other quantitative background.
●Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and effective communication capabilities (verbal and non-verbal). Solid proficiency in English language, both verbal and written.
●Ability to work multi-tasks and re-prioritize in a fast-pace and tight deadline environment whilst maintaining a high quality.
●Ability to work in the team environment, manage tasks independently, and quickly become a reliable and trusted team player.
●Preferably, have experiences in securities lending/borrowing, and/or trade settlement/corporate action.
