●Support Client Services Director in achieving capital raising targets
●Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing securities sub-advisory clients
●Develop relationship with new private fund distributing client
●Develop relationship with prospects, mainly pension fund investors, for private funds capital raising
●Cooperate with Securities Operation Associate and Assistant in Global REIT operations and reporting, as a back-up of them, for existing securities sub-advisory clients to ensure correct trade operations and periodical reporting

●Initial responsibilities of the position include but not limited to the followings.
1．Capital raising
（1）Securities (Global REIT)
・Support Client Services Director in fund marketing activities such as sub-advisory clients and distributor presentations
・Arrange meetings with and make presentations to sub-advisory clients and their distributors
・Coordinate This Company Securities and existing sub-advisory clients to ensure correct flow of information
・Work with product development teams, portfolio managers, and management members of This Company Securities as needed
（2）Private Funds
・Support Client Services Director in fund marketing activities including distributor presentations
・Arrange meetings with and make presentations to distributors and investors
・Support relationship management with new distributors for open-ended private funds such as Encore+, Balanced UK Property Fund, etc.
2．Securities Reporting
（1）Support Securities Operation Associate in translating the periodical reports created by product development team in Baltimore for sub-advisory clients
（2）Create spot reports, when necessary, with regard to Global REIT markets for sub-advisory clients
（3）Support Securities Operation Associate in creating internal reports including but not limited to peer comparison, and fee calculations.
3．Product Development
（1）Be eyes and ears in Japan market for new products being developed by competitors
（2）Analyze Japanese investor market and provide input into the development of new products
4．Securities Operation
（1）Coordinate Securities trade operations for sub-advisory clients and Securities teams in Baltimore, Amsterdam, and Hong Kong
・Work with custodians, brokers and trading operations teams to assist with solving settlement issues (unmatched and failed) in trades for Japanese clients
・Review trade reports on a daily basis, when substituting for Securities Operation Associate, for accuracy prior to submission by trading operations to client
5．Investor Relations
（1）Help position This Company as the leading direct and public equities real estate manager in the Japanese market
（2）Provide IR support to result in increasing capital raising by enhancing investors’ perception on This Company
（3）Coordinate with PR agency, IFC, and provide input to the general PR and marketing program
