仕事内容 Background:

***is undergoing significant change and globalization, driven by its strategy to transform itself into a major international Wholesale Bank. Finance Division is building a Finance Change organization to support this transformation in the Finance Division.

As part of that transformation, the Global Finance Architecture programme (GFA) has been launched, which will implement a new, global Finance infrastructure, and we are building the PMO function to support this programme globally.

The scope of the program includes implementing applications to support Financial Accounting (Financial Rules Engines and Ledgers), Managerial Accounting (Financial Analysis and Reporting), and Product Control (Independent Price Verification, Balance Sheet, P&L Analysis and Reporting)

Role Summary:

Support role the GFA program management with program-wide and Japan communications. Conduct surveys to assess change readiness across organisation. Provide change management support to Japan-based projects.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Analysis/Communications Planning: Support identification of key program stakeholder groups-e.g., Senior Finance/IT, Front Office Leaders, Finance Members, External Stakeholders. Develop communication plan identify the type, frequency, and timing of communications to key stakeholders.
Program-Wide Communications: Develop relevant program communications including program overview deck, program newsletter, website, etc. Obtain feedback on communications and adjust communications plans/templates.
Japan Communications: Develop Japan-specific (and Japanese-language) communications for projects impacting Japan stakeholders. Work with Japan project managers to identify key stakeholders and communications approach.
User and Stakeholder Surveys: Develop surveys, conduct interviews and use other mechanisms to establish the current level of knowledge and comfort of relevant stakeholders. Work with PMO and programme management to develop actions based on survey results.
Japan Change Readiness: Assess change readiness of Japanese personnel impacted by Finance change initiatives. Work with project managers, functional analysts, and training coordinator to prepare change plan.
必要スキル Education

University level, Technology or Business background preferred
Experience

4-7 years Project/Program management experience, especially in change management and communications
Financial services experience, wholesale banking preferable

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally with Japanese skills as well
Ability to work cross-culturally, with interest and/or experience in Japan
