Background:
*** is undergoing significant change and globalization, driven by its strategy to transform itself into a major international Wholesale Bank. Finance Division is building a Finance Change organization to support this transformation in the Finance Division.
As part of that transformation, the Global Finance Architecture programme (GFA) has been launched, which will implement a new, global Finance infrastructure, and we are building the PMO function to support this programme globally.
The scope of the program includes implementing applications to support Financial Accounting (Financial Rules Engines and Ledgers), Managerial Accounting (Financial Analysis and Reporting), and Product Control (Independent Price Verification, Balance Sheet, P&L Analysis and Reporting)
Role Summary:
Ensure the GFA programme budget is well managed by working with programme management to develop status reporting and metrics across the program including dashboards, issues, risks, milestones, and resource budgets and tracking resources/spend.
Responsibilities
Analyze and report on program status including:
Status Reporting: Maintaining the program wide status reporting template including monitoring metrics such as schedule, scope, quality, resources and budget. Consolidation of the weekly program level status report.
Issue/Risk Management: Monitor the issues/risks database log and review to ensure that there are clear action plans for issues/risks with achievable and realistic due dates. Escalate to management for program level issues/risks.
Budget Management: Develop and manage tools to support projects to track budgets for both cost and effort. Track changes to the budget based on changes in resourcing, rates, and project scope/timing adjustments.
Resource Management: Track resources rolling on/off the project as well as changes in resourcing. Reflect resource changes in overall budget and update other program documents-mailing lists, eRoom, organization charts, etc.
Steering/Operating Committee Support: Develop reporting of budget/resources for monthly Steering committee meetings. Also produce ad hoc reporting for Finance and IT management. rebaseline plans after the issue has been resolved. Manage the risks/issues database to identify issues that have not been addressed on a timely basis.
Status Reporting: Support development of periodic status reports for weekly PMO calls. Identify special topics/issues to be raised based in the meeting.

必要スキル
Education
University level, Technology or Business background preferred
Experience
3-5 years consulting/industry experience particularly in PMO/Finance projects
Ideally, experienced in global projects, IT system rollouts, and/or the finance function
Financial services experience, securities industry preferable
Professional Skills
Ability to communicate with senior executives
PowerPoint, Excel, financial modeling
Personal Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ideally with Japanese skills as well
Ability to work cross-culturally, with interest and/or experience in Japan
University level, Technology or Business background preferred
Experience
