仕事内容
In support of our start up Global Investment Management (GIM) business, this individual will manage select operational processes & infrastructure for global consistency. This individual will also lead complex, global, non-routine investment management projects. Responsible for project plan development and execution, as well as developing the necessary policies & procedures to sustain the infrastructure build.
(Essential Responsibilities)
・Utilizes expertise to lead large cross-functional projects to develop, build and maintain the operational infrastructure for the Global Investment Management business
・Partner with technology and appropriate functional teams to implement technology infrastructure to support GIM (i.e., Livelink, Yardi)
・Creates policies, procedures and processes for GIM.
・Leads GIM Information Governance activities, including: establishing and maintaining IM specific IG policies and procedures, record retention schedules, managing the IG e repository structure and access controls, and training GIM personnel
・Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across business units and within the Investment Management team for policies and procedures, systems and controls.
・Provide assistance to develop business performance reviews.
・Leads and/or coaches and mentors Investment Management functional team in developing and maintaining proper metrics, reporting and processes.
・Keeps stakeholders apprised of project status and defined deliverables.
・Develops rigorous control plans, working closely with process owners, project champions and senior management to ensure improvement gains are sustained on a long-term basis.
・Coordinates and assists in delivering training.

必要スキル
(Qualifications/Requirements)
・Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in a business function within a financial services industry.
・Knowledge of quality improvement techniques and tools and previous experience managing projects and/or process improvement initiatives in a complex environment.
・Excellent change management skills. Familiar with CAP techniques.
・Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
(Desired Characteristics)
Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline
・Minimum 3 years of experience focused on building and leading effective teams
・Previous Investment Management experience
・Previous progressive quality and/or operations experience in a financial services industry
・Demonstrated ability in facilitation/leadership of cross-functional teams.
・Possesses knowledge of commercial real estate
・Excellent interpersonal skills
・Excellent oral and written communication skills
・Demonstrated ability to develop and implement new operating procedures, programs and technology solutions
・Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively across an organization to ensure that client and internal functional needs are met.
