仕事内容

This role will primarily be responsible for implementing training programs for the Wholesale Division in Japan with the following key responsibilities:

- Facilitate management, personal effectiveness and cross cultural training programs in English and Japanese
- Design and revise training program contents
- Localize training programs for Japanese-speaking audience
- Manage program quality based on the participants feedback and program observation
- Provide consultation on development needs for internal clients
- Manage contract and work quality of external vendors
- Contribute to the planning of training calendar
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Support the annual training nomination process
- Produce training reports for the senior management and business stakeholders

必要スキル

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
- 3+ years Learning & Development experience (or equivalent)
- Able to design and deliver training programs in English and Japanese
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in global team
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience working in the financial industry is preferred but not essential
