仕事内容

・Support projects of Swapped bond and Securities lending　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　・Instructing the foreign financial institutions to swaped bond
・Confirming the positions for the securities mentioned in the above
・Organizing data on the sales, interests or redemptions with regard to the securities in the above and entering these data or reviewing the entering procedures
・Coordinating with the Financial Reporting team for the closing.
・Confirming and resolving with the custodian and fund manager with regarding to the issues arising from tradings
・Identifying and summarizing the issues on the system or operations with regard to new tradings, including the alternative and derivative tradings

必要スキル

【Experience】
More than 5 years experience in Financial institution
More than 1 years experience in Middle Office function is desireble

【Skills】
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excell and Access) is a must
Project management skill is preferable
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

【Qualifications】
University Degree (MBA is plus)

【Language】
Native Japanese or equivalent
Business level English is a must

【Personality】
Self starter, Team player, Good communication skill, Ability to deliver on tight deadline, Sense of responsibility, urgency, and commitment
