<Role Summary/Purpose>
The Analyst utilizes foundational quantitative analytic and modeling skills to support the key Risk/Underwriting objectives of our company. The candidate manipulates complex financial models to project cash flows, values, and returns to company.
<Essential Responsibilities>
●Provide analytic support on key Risk Management initiatives
●Develop a solid understanding of the Risk Management data systems to support analysis
●Prepare reporting packages to support internal and external presentation pages
●Analyze financial statements and assess business, industry, market and transaction risks.
●Conduct desktop valuation and underwriting analysis, as needed

必要スキル
<Basic Requirements>
●5 10 year experience in Japan real estate industry. Experience and quantitative analytical skill of real estate valuation or underwriting
●Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) and 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, risk or credit analysis within the commercial real estate or financial services industry
●Proficiency with Dyna preferred
●Flexible to travel for site inspections (domestic)
●Excellent command of English (verbal and writing) and Japanese
●Computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint

●Ability to work with limited direction
●Ability to work cross functionally with Finance and P&L Teams
