仕事内容
<1>Management of the Sales group, with overall responsibility for all aspects of the sales process,
and particularly for delivering against financial targets.
- Responsible for input in the planning process, including financial targets, and sales/marketing costs.
- Management of the Sales group staff, including objectives setting, performance reviews, and compensation recommendations.
<2>Management of relationships with partners such as resellers and acquirers.
<3>Definition of Sales strategy, including aspects related to Marketing, Channels, Partners, and new businesses.
<4>Coordination with the Operations/Technology and Business Operations groups for addressing business opportunities.
-Analysis and understanding of market requirements, ability to communicate those to the Product group in abroad
as well as Operational/Support group.
<5>Coordination with Sales groups in other markets/geographies to drive referrals of merchants and ensure seamless merchant relationships on a global basis.
