Provides financial information of Logistics properties to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
●Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
●Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
●Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss
statement, and other reports.
●Prepares payments by verifying documentation.
●Prepares advises to out-sourced clerical accounting firm by verifying documentation.
●Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
●Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
●Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
●Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and
regulations.
●Complies with Singapore and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation,
enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
●Prepares financial reports requested by HQ by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information.
●Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
●Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
●Work very closely with Asset Management team for ensuring the accurate data.

＜Qualifications and Education Requirements＞
●Accounting
●Corporate Finance
●Business English Level - Speaking, Writing, Listening
●Few years of working experiences in Real Estate industry (TK-GK structure, TMK structure)
