Resolution of data related issues that have been escalated into the team via multiple mediums (phone, email).
Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled data maintenance within multiple TradeStation environments.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries regarding potential data issues
Maintain all financial databases, making changes and/or corrections as necessary
Interact with Tokyo and Osaka exchange contacts regarding data and compliance issues.
Interact with US-based Data Integrity team

Fluent in both English and Japanese languages.
Maintain positive and effective communications with it’s clients and departments
Handle all documented job functions within Data Integrity
Resolve issues with minimal assistance, especially recurring issues
Provide total ownership of data issues which includes initial research, issue escalation, resource coordination and status communication
Assist in data related education for clients and/or it’s departments
Resolve complex data issues that may impact securities in numerous servers across multiple data centers
Improve customer experiences by identifying and implementing process improvements

Financial services experience required
College degree required
Database experience preferred
Market data knowledge desirable
