1)Responsible for managing and forecasting of cash for all Entities in Japan including but not limited to corporate cash as well as clients’ cash
2)Responsible for analyzing the actual against forecast
3)Corresponding with business partners within the organization
4)Effectively manage over 200 bank accounts in Japan
5)Support ERP implementation
6)Effectively build and manage the Treasury team
7)Effectively manage the relationships with banks
8)Provide accurate and timely reports
9)Ensure placement of effective internal controls and compliance
10)Provide and present various analysis (regular & Ad-hoc basis)
11)Regular interface with overseas office for queries
12)Assist accounting with cash related journal entries

1)BA in Finance and/or Accounting
2)High level of accuracy and attention to details with high business ethics
3)High level interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
4)Minimum 5 years of experience as a Treasury person with management experience
5)Work under pressure with tight deadlines
6)ERP implementation experience is a plus
7)Must be hands-on
8)Native Japanese with Business level English is a must
9)Work experience in multi-national company or Japanese company which extends their business globally
10)ERP and advanced MS-Office application experience is a must (Sun, Vision, Hyperion, etc)
