主にアジアパシフィック地域の大規模案件に対して、ファイナンスの専門知識を元に、アウトソーシングプロジェクトなど長期にわたるもののコスト見積もりを行う。ディールシェーピング（プロジェクト見積もり）のサポートを社内エグゼクティブに提供する。

国内外の出張を伴います。

The CDTS（Corpotrate Development&Transaction Services) role, particularly at the manager level and above, is a client/market facing role in the Business Development cycle of a client engagement.

Detailed responsibilities for CDTS include:

Ensure all deals in scope receive adequate Financial review
Ensure all deals in scope are optimally resourced
Participate in the Capital Committee
Develop new metrics for the business
Risk analysis and minimization
Ensure compliance with GAAP, Accenture policies and commercial standards
Structure deals to minimize the use of capital and maximize EBIT, IRR, ROIC and EVA
Develop creative/innovative executable deal shapes

Major functions/processes:

Financial deal shaping, structuring costing and pricing around the Client Value Proposition, negotiating and modeling
Participate with Market Makers and Corporate Development to drive opportunities to closure
Interface with client CFOs, Financial and business executives to understand client EVA drivers
Present Client Value Proposition, develop and negotiate billing exhibits
M&A financial analysis and shaping
Corporate finance
Commercial practices
Documenting and analyzing client value propositions
Deal financing
Due Diligence and Business Reviews
Corporate Transaction Analysis
GAAP expertise
Manage the process for approval of client and investment capital for deals outside the Operating Groups
Review and sign off Financial Deliverables
SME and content development for Deal Shaping training (including partner level training)

・英語力ビジネスレベル以上必須。バイリンガル歓迎。
・大規模プロジェクトの見積もり経験・スキルをお持ちの方
（例えば、大企業の企画部門でのプロジェクトコスト試算、M&Aの試算経験など）

・エクセルスキル上級
・外資系企業経験者歓迎
・MBAまたはUSCPA保持者歓迎

Position requirements include:

Formal Education:
-Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum); CPA/MBA strongly preferred
Experience:
-3+ years at a major corporation (i.e. Fortune 500) as a “hands on” financial analyst with strong financial skills and exposure to senior management
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-High degree of knowledge and expertise in applying US GAAP
-High degree of proficiency in financial modeling techniques (i.e., Excel), financial concepts (NPV, IRR, Payback, etc.) and accounting concepts and budgeting techniques
-Detail oriented
-Well organized, self starter
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
-Demonstrated ability to interface multiple levels of management and departments
-Working knowledge and experience with mainframe computing and outsourcing helpful
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to maintain sufficient independence from the deal to ensure credible economics
-Personal confidence, complimented with sound business judgment
-Analytical mind set, but engaging communication style
-Ability to travel and work on-site at Accenture field offices and client locations
