●Day-to-day Ratings Content data operations management and execution. Ensure these operations are being performed efficiently and and according to quality standards and data management best-practices. This includes providing leadership to the Rating Content team, coordinating the ratings workflow process, data entry of rating actions into the workflow system and the release of ratings from the workflow to company’s distribution channels. （45%）
●Perform root cause and trend analysis and assist in the implementation of solutions that lead to data quality and process improvements across the data management lifecycle (sourcing, mapping, extraction, validation) （10%）
●Manage and run ad-hoc data queries from multiple database types to identify data inconsistencies and support data production group initiatives. This will include advanced use of tools such as Excel and other reporting tools such as Business Objects. （10%）
●Assist to define the data requirements of the Business by understanding how it uses, manipulates and commercializes the data. Constantly review, evaluate and report data sources and how the business will use the data. （5%）
●Partner with other members of the Content Strategy teams to coordinate day-to-day activities and efforts. （5%）
●Management of staff and HR activities relating to the local Ratings Content team. （5%）

(1)Utmost professional integrity.
(2)Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics
(3)A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage
(4)Minimum of 8-10 years’ work experience in related fields
(5)Experience directoly manageing staff within a small team and responsibility for a specific group or function.
(6)Experience with business and resource planning; responsibility for or involvement in strategic planning and operational governance.
(7)Requires intermediate proficiency in MS Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL and relational database management tools would be a distinct advantage.
（8）Sound working knowledge of Fixed Income securities.
