●Origination and execution of equity financing deals in the primary and secondary markets
●Preparation and presentation of pitch books to clients, target corporates and private equity firms

必要スキル
●Fluency in Japanese (Native or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level) and business level English

●Previous GCM / IBD experience is required
