仕事内容
-Lead and manage corporate client relationships.
-Provide day-to-day service to clients and maintain strategic dialogue with key decision makers.
-Work close with product partners to cross-sell and provide tailored solutions and services to the clients.
-Provide support to the Global Account Managers /Regional Account Managers in the development and implementation of individual client plans for Japan.
-Act as a primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues and ensure a coordinated approach to enhancing client relationship and maximizing returns.

必要スキル
●EXPERIENCE
≪Must≫
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Solid credit and relationship management background.
≪Nice to have≫
Working experience in an international business environment.
●SKILLS
≪Must≫
-Strong business development and marketing skills.
-Sufficient knowledge of transaction banking, treasury & capital market products.
-Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with counterparties from different cultures and backgrounds.
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
≪Nice to have≫
Experience of living or working overseas.
≪Must≫
