仕事内容

●To participate in and support client projects, understanding client issues and develop practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients.

●Remuneration research, benchmarking and analysis. Modeling incentive, classification and pay structures. Analysis of remuneration details disclosed in annual reports.

●Job analysis research and documentation to support organization design and work value assessment projects. Develop and apply a range of job evaluation skills.

●Prepare, conduct and analyse surveys across a range of HR practices and issues

●Supporting other workforce planning and performance management projects as appropriate.

●Insights input and reports draft on project delivery.

必要スキル

●Education (degree / diploma)
Bachelor or Master Degree preferably in, Human resources, Applied psychology, HR or Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, Statistics discipline etc. A Master degree holder would be highly valued.

●Experience
Relevant experience gained over a period of up to 3 years

●Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
  Proven analytical skills with a strong focus on attention to detail
  Excellent organisational skills with the proven capacity to work to tight deadlines.
  Highly proficient IT skills including MS Office software.
  Fluent and effective communication skills in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
  Proficient interpersonal skills including the ability to work proactively as an individual as well as a successful member of a broader team
