●The Consultant will primarily perform a role of relationship manager for clients in the Global Mobility practice of ***’s Talent Business. The post-holder will be based on our Far East Market, operating out of our Tokyo office in Japan. To fully execute the role the Consultant will perform a range of duties, the key responsibilities of which are referred to below.

●Develop global mobility products and related consulting opportunities for Japanese MNCs. This involves building broader networks and strengthening relationships with clients and prospects. To do so incorporates responsibilities to leverage the brand, provide service delivery and contribute thought-leadership for global mobility growth with other lines of business.

●Aid business development and the achievement of financial commitments on an individual, team and broader line of business basis by maximizing existing revenue and acquiring new business.

●Ensuring effective operational management including the alignment of internal processes and standards; peer reviews; administration; compliance and risk management.

●Continual personal development to maintain professional standards and technical skills whilst enhancing market facing capabilities and develop sales skills as an exemplary professional consultant and trusted adviser in the market

●Education (degree / diploma)
Degree or Masters Degree preferred in a relevant discipline

●Experience
Substantial experience gained in consulting as a relationship manager including corporate sales and /or related professional services incorporating marketing or Global HR

●Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Solid understanding and knowledge of client mobility issues
Sales and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to work independently with initiative and as part of a broader project/business team
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and sound logical/analytical skills
