仕事内容
●The purpose of the role is to perform analysis and act as a consultant for mobility products such as Cost of Living, Quality of Living, ICS Index, HS Scores. The role will work with the broader IS team in Japan in order to aid the IS portfolio in the market.
●Undertake and process ICS Hardship Score Analysis and product management
●Undertake and process ICS Index Analysis and related products analysis
●Undertake and process Cost of Living Report Analysis
●Undertake and process Quality of Living Analysis
●Undertake and process ICS Hardship Score Analysis and product management
●Undertake and process ICS Index Analysis and related products analysis
●Undertake and process Cost of Living Report Analysis
●Undertake and process Quality of Living Analysis
必要スキル
●Education(degree / diploma)
University Graduate, Bachelor Degree
●Experience
Work experience in a relevant professional services MNC environment, ideally with at least 3+ years in an HR consulting setting
●Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Proven analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details
Sound written and spoken communication skills
Solid interpersonal skills with ability to interact successfully with people at all levels whilst working proactively as an individual contributor as well as member of wider team
Excellent IT skills, particularly including Excel and other MS Office packages
●Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training)
English (TOEIC over 800)
