仕事内容
●The Senior Consultant is a member of the Client Services Team. This role in the team maintains and elevates clients’ satisfaction levels regarding our products and services. In addition the role provides additional support to the Mobility Client Service team by providing managerial assistance to group members within that team.
●Develop strong client relationships and provide partnerships with them as the first point of contact for any HR related issues for which our products and services can be/are deployed
●Respond to all client queries and requirements promptly and precisely utilizing professional IC and *** IS products, services and methodologies
●Support and coach clients to ensure that they develop a deep understanding of the balance sheet methodology and related principles
●Support client contract renewals so that all related operations run smoothly and efficiently

必要スキル
●Education (degree / diploma)
University degree in a relevant discipline
●Experience
At least 5 years’ experience in a Customer Services role within a professional services environment or at least 10 years’ experience in a client facing / consulting role
●Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written, including proven customer service skills and abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build sustainable, professional business relationships with individuals and teams at all levels
Sound organizational skills
Solid numeracy and attention to detail
Demonstrable proactive approach with excellent planning and operational abilities
Demonstrable ability to work independently with solid initiative and as part of broader professional team
University degree in a relevant discipline
