仕事内容 ●Play a leading role in the delivery of our client services to our clients by acting as the primary point of contact for allocated clients.
●Ability to lead, manage and maintain client relationships, to develop knowledge of and quickly build rapport with clients, and to strengthen existing relationships and support client retention.
●Provide a professional, accurate, responsive, high-quality, efficient and timely support service to clients
●Provide education and training to our clients on company applications and products.
●Managing daily client margin calls, working closely with the business, risk and credit to monitor client exposure.
●Contribute to the overall collegiality, productivity and resourcefulness of our CS team. Pro-actively offer advice and guidance to improve our service package/ CS operation
●Prepare, review and produce relevant, accurate and timely client review materials, information & presentations as required. Accompany sales or lead client visits independently.
●Work closely with client services teams in other regions to standardise best practices and develop client offering.
●Resolving internal and external client queries including trades, commissions, cash and collateral. Knowledge of major markets and products is key.
●Advising clients on upcoming expirations and physical deliveries.
●Co-ordinating requirements with sales people and operations clearing teams globally to ensure a smooth client on-boarding process.
●Working with our internal technology teams to provide new and enhanced systems to our clients.
●Monitoring of client infrastructure and flow, consulting the client and offering solutions/ideas to enhance STP for the client.

As well as the existing business of listed derivatives, one of the high priority items is to build up an operational support model to support the OTC derivatives client clearing initiatives, both domestic market (JSCC to go-live in Feb 2014) as well as foreign market (such as LCH).
必要スキル ●Derivatives client service experience

●Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate globally across the regional offices.
●Analytical skills to adapt to a continuously evolving system and work-flow environment.
●Fluent Japanese and business level English skills
●Derivatives product knowledge
