メガソーラーでのグローバル購買担当（BOS Buyer）の求人

The BOS Buyer is responsible for a wide variety of duties, both commercial and
administrative, relating to purchase of Balance of System (BOS) for Japanese projects.
As a member of the EPC Procurement team, the BOS Buyer will provide Functional and
Consultative procurement support to all related staff as required. He/she will assist the
Director with communication with Local Suppliers, the creation and evaluation of
tenders and RFP’s, and other Supply Chain Management / Strategic Sourcing initiatives
as required.

Responsibilities:
●Work with project team to create BOS order and delivery schedule which
consistent with project pipeline forecast
●Communicate with Local Suppliers to
　-Assist creation and evaluation of tenders and RFP’s
　-Assist contract negotiation process on price, terms and conditions (including insurance and delivery, terms of payment, and warranty)
●Communicate the procurement forecast to suppliers
●Coordinate the PR process with project team
●Issue PO to suppliers
●Obtain and maintain records on product specifications, prices, and delivery status
●Communicate and coordinate procurement documents with the accounting
department and projects department
●Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment with accounting.
●Track vendor performance on delivery, quality, and service
●Analyze procurement problems and take appropriate action to efficiently resolve
issues, which may include any aspect of field support,
●Maintain good business and productive working relationships with both suppliers
and internal departments
●Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct,
●Perform other functions as required,
●Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations

●3+ years related experience preferably in an industrial environment.
●1+ years experience in solar industry preferred,
●Fluent in English
●Self starter with excellent computer skills, a team player attitude.
●Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills.
●Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple tasks in parallel
●Strong quantitative and analytical skills,
