北米、中南米の日系企業に向けた、リース、TAXリース、ストラクチャードローン等、設備関連ファイナンスの提案営業、及び案件執行

Responsible for providing support for the marketing efforts and credit control enhancement, such as accurate calculation of optimum lease cash flow, appropriate preparation of proposals, preparation of detailed credit analysis and credit applications in accordance with Policies & Procedures, and proactive control of periodical credit reviews with due diligence in a timely matter
Manage comprehensive lease solicitation analysis and submit proposals which include (a) lessee financial analysis, (b) tax, accounting and legal structuring, (c) appraisal, (d) pricing
Responsible for execution of documentation and direct funding processes. Also be responsible for transaction follow ups
Manage collaboration efforts across other business areas of the group, especially relationship managers in charge of the Japanese Corporate in the origination and agreement of leasing transaction
Negotiate lease economics and major terms and conditions with lessee and other participants with consultation with managements and by obtaining professional advice if necessary
Provide administrative support to related representatives in US

A Bachelor’s degree is required a or Master’s degree is a decisive asset
Minimum 1 year of work experience in Leasing or Structured Finance
Strong computer and analytical skills; knowledgeable in economics, mathematics and corporate finance
Team player with interpersonal skills
Bilingual skills in Japanese and English
