The Production Management team within the CTS organisation is responsible for providing IT support for multiple Middle and Back Office applications. Operations are one of the main business groups supported. This role will be part of the Production Management team in Tokyo, providing support to Japan Operations. The set of applications involved include those based outside of Japan as well as some located and used in Japan only.
● To function as an application expert in Tokyo for Reference Data support. ● To manage all user issues to completion, escalating to developers or other IT teams as required. ● Provide regular and accurate updates to Japan operations during issues / outages. ● Manage incidents as per the defined Production Management guidelines. ● Ensure critical system uptime with timely checks and RTB support. ● Proactively suggest ways to ensure continual improvement in service levels for support. ● Maintain strong working relationships with Production Management teams in other regions and function as part of the global support structure. ● Maintain strong working relationships with Operations users in Japan. ● Ensure all support cards / documentation is maintained and periodically updated. ● Partake in the rollout of global support procedures within Japan. ● Suggest and generate useful regular metrics / reports for global review and consumption.
