仕事内容

To provide research services to facilitate practice business
development and the execution of engagements by
building the knowledge base of the firm, with strong focus
on client service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
The candidate would possess the following
qualities/attributes:

・ Qualification in any discipline
・ Minimum three years experience
・ Ideally, experience in a research and analysis function.

KEY RESULTS: Areas include:
Develop and apply sound research methodologies and
strategies in order to facilitate the execution and timely
completion of assignments and business development
activities.
Develop and deliver a research strategy to locate the
most suitable candidates for the position.
Conduct research to assist the team to develop a
thorough understanding of the client’s organisation.
Apply various research methodologies to assist
consultants in the process of identifying, qualifying,
screening and assessing candidates, to evaluate their
suitability for the position.
Assist in the production of client documents, such as
proposals, candidate briefing packs, candidate reports
and position information
Track market developments relating to people and
companies (e.g. mergers) and identify opportunities for
business development
Contribute to the investigation, recommendation,
introduction, and development of new research
services and methodologies
Conduct telephonic calls to potential candidates and
market sources to obtain relevant information on
candidates and to surface potential candidates for
further interviews with consultants.
Contribute to the development and growth of the team.
