Wholesale IT provide planning, operations, development, management, and user support for systems and infrastructure globally in our group, a leading company in the industry having a strong global presence among Japanese financial institutions. We are made up of multinational members where Japanese and English are spoken in working environment.

●Responsibilities
当ポジションでは、仕組商品の開発チームのリードとして、新規および既存アプリケーションのアジャイル開発を行っていただきます。新機能開発においては、ユーザー部署と近い位置で一緒にソリューションを考えていくことになります。チームの規模は現在7名で拡大中です。業務を通じて、モダンなWeb技術による開発経験、仕組商品を中心とした金融の業務知識、英語を使った業務経験を得ることができ、さらに、担当業務とは別にスキルの向上のための機会も準備されています。例えば、部内ではオンラインの技術トレーニングが受けられたり、毎月最低10時間を自己研鑽に割り当てたりすることができます。

The position is to develop or enhance applications as a development team lead. You will closely work with users to come up with solutions. The agile development team is of 7 members and is now expanding. Through the responsibilities, you will be able to gain experiences in modern web technologies, financial knowledge especially on structured products, and in working using English. In addition, opportunities to improve skills are provided e.g. online training access, spending minimum of 10 hours per month for self-training.

Expected responsibilities
- Leading development teams
- Making proposal for new system
- Communication with users and business analysis
- Design, development and maintenance for applications built with C#, Java, Angular, Python (Django), F#, SQL Server, VBA etc.
- Agile development
- Improving CI/CD environment
- Implementation of release procedures and mechanisms
- Support in production systems and users

●必須要件
・開発リーダーの経験（3年以上）
・C#またはJavaの開発経験（3年以上）
・SQLやRDBを利用した開発経験（3年以上）
・高いコミュニケーションスキル
・日本語は母国語レベル、英語は日常会話レベル

Mandatory
- Development lead (over 3 years)

- Strong communication skill
