仕事内容
1.The Person in this role should be able develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration in various functions including Senior Managers, General Managers or VP level.
2.Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for large deals.
3.Leverage our unique value proposition to shape opportunities for the customer and increase share of revenues from single source deals.
4.Regularly monitor sales trends, market dynamics and incorporate into existing account strategy and plan
5.Should be able to handle customer communication and articulate customer/ business problem/needs and convert them into business opportunities.
6.Research and build relationships with existing & new clients and ensure robust pipeline for business growth. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and turn this into increased revenue gain
7.Create business expansion strategies, provide leadership and drive the execution of growth plans. Present our solution and services and enhance existing relationships and enhance existing business and customer satisfaction
8.Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and pitches products / Services and approaches. Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principal.
9.Understand our service offerings and present them to customers - business explanation/proposal documents
10.Define competitive advantage and establish key reasons for customers/prospects to leverage us as partner and create win-win for all
11.Co-ordination with India delivery teams (Offshore teams) to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
12.Support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new vertical and horizontal solutions.
13.Showcase our solutions as a strategic fit for the customer organization through workshops, boot camps and strategy meets.
14.Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with our offerings.
15.Capture and create integrated opportunities with end-to-end solution delivery requirements.
16.Exemplify our leadership in conferences, meets and seminars, by presenting thought leadership and connecting with key customers.

必要スキル
<Work Experience Requirements>>
1.Native level fluency in Japanese
2.Demonstrated Presales/Sales experience leading to business growth in Japan through Product and or services sales
3.Strong analytical and commercial experience, excellent communication and client facing skills
4.Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in the Information Technology space, with prior background in Presales/Sales, delivery management, transition management
5.Proven track record within IT Business 2 Business (B2B) solution sales (responsibility minimum 7-8 million USD annually).
6.Account Management experience as well as strong expertise in the areas of project management, contracts management and project financial management
<Technical/Behavioral Competency>
●Must-Have
1.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
2.Experience in sales, pre-sales, delivery management, transition management
3.Proven track record within IT Business 2 Business (B2B) solution sales (responsibility minimum 10-12 million USD annually).
4.Native level proficiency in English and Japanese (Minimum JLPT 1) to interact with both Offshore and onsite teams.
5.Strong client expectation management and advisory skills in complex client organizations
6.Good understanding and exposure to Japan Market
7.Awareness of Japanese sales procedures & processes
8.Good presentation making and negotiation skills
●Good-to-Have
1.Master’s Degree
2.Hands-on experience in Engineering/S/W development
3.Background/experience from Industry (like Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecommunications, Knowledge (Functional) of any one of the major customer focus areas like Digital Finance, Digital Identity, Big data, AI, 5G, Cloud, Smart City, Logistics and Transport, etc.
