・Focused on Tier 1 parts/key suppliers’ enhancement in product development
・Drive all the key stakeholder’s alignment
・Sourcing new/best/future technologies
・Sustainability and SDGs as product development and lifecycle
・Enhance strategic partnership & competitiveness in supplier relations strategy includes ODM/EMS, Tier 1 parts/Key suppliers
・Providing COGS transparency, clarify initial investment, ensuring T&C
・Improve new supplier quality enhancement
・Realize COGS improvement considering to US tariff

・Assured communication, relationship, influencing and negotiating skills at senior level, within a matrix organization, with internal stakeholders and with suppliers
・Extensive experience leading Procurement in a multi-national environment
・Significant experience of working within R&D, Engineering, Quality, SCM, Legal, Finance with knowledge of key product development disciplines and metrics
・Experience in Display panel includes Open Cell, LCD module preferably with Cover glass, Optical bonding, Backlite, Scalar, Touch, OLED, Mechanical, Electro-mechanical and Electronics components "" Demonstrable track record in improving bottom line results and negotiating significant contracts includes NDA, MSA, SOW, Development agreement
・Demonstrable record of implementing and managing supplier partnership and development programs includes ODM/EMS
・Minimum 10 years Procurement experience
・Strong Japan and Business level English language skills, Chinese language skills is a plus
