・You will work alongside senior Equity Capital Markets originators and country coverage bankers to assist in the execution of deals across a range of sectors. You’ll be taking the lead on building and reviewing financial models, preparing financial analysis and drafting presentations and pitch books for senior bankers to use in client and marketing meetings. You will also coordinate with internal and external parties for the team’s deal executions and analyse and assess business opportunities for prospective transactions.

・You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team and have the opportunity to take real responsibility from an early stage. You will be encouraged to take initiative and, with the support of the team, be given the opportunity to grow and develop and play a crucial role in the team’s success.

・You will bring to the team prior investment banking experience, preferably within Corporate Finance, Initial Public Offerings, Mergers and Acquisitions or other corporate buy/sell advisory or execution capacity. You should also have solid technical knowledge in finance and accounting.

・You will possess strong numeric and analytical skills and you have an eye for detail. You will have excellent communications skills that allow you to liaise with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels with ease and confidently participate in presentations and pitch talks.
