仕事内容

・Support client advisors in day to day administrative works including schedule management, preparation of internal documents, expense process, etc.
・Communicate with other departments in the organization, both locally and globally, to arrange meetings, business trips and conference calls
・Support client advisors in preparation of client meetings / materials
・Manage/update client information system

必要スキル

・Work experience of the above business as an assistant / secretary at global organization
・Strong written and verbal communication skill in both English and Japanese
・Excellent teamwork mind-set and thoughtful communication skills
・Passion to work as a professional assistant / secretary
・Confident self-starter, high quality and ability to multi-task
・Adaptability to new environment and company’s operation process
・Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
