To manage and deliver the full spectrum of Japan’s　talent acquisition to support　business growth
through promoting our employer brand and ensuring the attraction　and retention of high caliber candidates in a timely manner.

To deliver a broad HR advisory and administration　service to the Tokyo office with　direct ownership and management of HR tasks.

To provide confidential operational support to the　Senior Partner, Japan for HR　related activities, including being the primary contact with the Asia Pacific regional　HR team.
This is a fast paced, demanding role that requires a proactive approach　and the ability to work well under pressure, whilst maintaining a high attention to　detail and accuracy.
