【About The Job】
This role serves as a key analytical post within this hotels group organization, with frequent
exposure to the senior management team. Successful candidate will have experience analyzing
varied range of financial and non-financial data sets and provide incisive insights to the
management team on business trends and opportunities. This will include evaluating capital
allocation and investment proposals, modelling and communicating recommendations.
Additionally, this individual will be involved in various financial planning activities to aid the
strategic direction of the platform.

【Position Responsibilities】
Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial
recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret corporate financial statements
Conducting scenario analysis, modeling and valuation to evaluate new business strategies
and investment opportunities, including subsequent integration execution
Performing special analysis in response to market and business events
Direct financial support in new program launches and other growth initiatives, including
core FP&A responsibilities (e.g. planning, budgeting, variance analysis)

4+ years of finance experience with exposure to working in a high-growth environment
where revenues, customers, markets and internal organizations collectively scaled rapidly
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with the willingness to constantly
think outside of the box
Highly organized and proven ability to execute and manage complex logistics, projects,
and tasks under tight time constraints
Strong analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail; extensive experience working
with large sets of data; financial modeling aptitude
Proficient in both English and Japanese
Learning agility and flexibility to respond to frequent shifts in priorities
Knowledge of fundamental property cash flow and valuation analysis a plus
