・Responsible in formulating and administering company policies, directing and coordinating all department
activities to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives to meet business and profitability
growth.

必要スキル
・ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
・ Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Corporate Strategy/Top Management or
equivalent.
・ At least 10 year(s) of experience in general management.
・ Must be a Japanese National residing in the Philippines.
・ Must be able to manage a co-working business environment.
・ Strong analytical and planning skills;
・ Excellent problem-solving skills;
・ Good communication and presentation skills.
