Support the following integrated risk management related responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement integrated risk management framework on the basis of economic capital and stress testing
2. Quantitative risk analysis and its validation
3. Lead the establishment and implementation of risk management framework in coordination with individual risk management functions

●Skills: Better to have
・ Knowledge of life insurance products and operations
・ Knowledge on statistics and quantitative analysis
・ Understanding of finance, investment and risk management
・ EXCEL, Word, Power Point and other PC skills

●Language: Any of the following
1. Japanese: Native, English: Intermediate or above (capable of writing/reading business emails and producing materials)
2. Japanese: capable of actively participating in meeting, English: Native

●Personality
・ A good self-starter who can work as a team
・ Forward looking mind set to come up with the solutions for the imminent problems.
・ Interested in the insurance industry and capital markets as well as any changes in the regulatory activities in the insurance industry.
