仕事内容

Role:
Perform Sales of Industrial Solutions ( Industry X.O Service Portfolio) in areas as
Digital Product and Service Engineering (PLM, Embedded Software…)
Digital Operations and Manufacturing (MES…)
Connected Business and IIoT (Industrial IOT) Solutions
Service Optimization
Define Sales plan and sales strategy per target account as basis of achieving sales quota
Build, own and manage sales funnel/pipeline
Deal Origination, opportunity creation and opportunity shaping in selected Accounts
Provide Sales- and Domain-Expertise for successful sales of complex projects
Own sales process from origination to successful closing (including solution shaping, proposal preparation, client presentations, negotiations and closing)
Support and execute sales campaigns in assigned target accounts

必要スキル

General skills/ Must-Have Skills/ Qualifications: (in order of priority):
Education
Business School / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Manufacturing Technology
Master in similar related education
Sales education and certificates
Experience
Sales experience for complex solutions and services
Demonstrable experience in taking offerings, capabilities and technology and forming appealing client value propositions addressing client business transformation objectives
Negotiation and contract setup experience
Excellent track record in working with clients in sales situations
Building and expanding network with decision makers and client executives
Solution shaping and solution definition
Business Case / ROI development
Domain know how: at least 2-3 should apply
