仕事内容
As the role in team, you are responsible for management consulting business such as business strategy& function strategy (SCM, performance management reinforcement, organization, Business Process Re-engineering, etc.) in Energy, Utilities and Natural Resources Industry.
Especially, When the Digital period comes, It is necessary to provide support (SCM reconstruction, human resources) for global enterprises which in Petroleum and petrochemistry industry.

必要スキル
◆Basic Qualifications◆
-More than 3years working experience in management consulting enterprise or Utilities and Natural Resources Industry;
(Experience at a trading company of the plant system, Heavy Industries and energy is also a welcome.)
-Management consulting skill (Hypothesis drafting, investigation・analysis, documentary creation, presentation and communication skills with client);
-Proven consulting experience in electricity, gas, Petroleum ,chemistry , resources industry;
◆Professional Soft Skills◆
- propulsion Power;
- logical thinking ability;
- Have the courage to try new things
- Business Level of English is required.(Because of global case ,you are always required to use English)
※Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
