People in our Financial Services group provide system development for banks, securities and insurance companies in the financial industry (by our company). Perform tasks related to client system development as IT consultants in the IT field, the foundation of financial business.

Key Responsibilities:

You will work on FS project in areas of:
- System solution selection
- System plan proposals
- System requirement definitions, optimization
- System design, development, testing
- Project management and facilitation for system development
- All types of support for system development
- Create system outsourcing plans
- Launch and stabilization of system outsourcing Our company builds and maintains IT systems to provide the foundation for problem solving at our clients, and proactively do everything from proposals to implementation of the best solutions.

- Building information system for large bank with Teradata
- Building CRM system for large bank with Siebel
- Building CRM system for large securities company with MSDynamics
- Building market system for large securities company with Murex
- Building information system for large securities company with Taradata
- Building risk management system for large securities company with Java

- Launching large-scale outsourcing for large insurance company

【Basic Qualifications】
・Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills in business Japanese
・1 years+ of experience in system developing(Financial Institutes)

【Preferred Skills】
・Any of the following skills are preferred.
- Experienced in market trading systems
- Experienced in financial institution sales systems
- Experienced in banking backbone systems
- Experienced in insurance backbone systems
- Experienced using English in overseas systems
- Experienced in large-scale project management at financial institutions
- Java, .NET, C++, Open technicians
- Murex/Calypso, etc, market package technicians
- Teradata, etc, DWH technicians
- SFDC, etc, CRM package technicians
