People in our Health & Public Service Technology Consulting will be in charge of Technology Consulting in sectors such as government and municipal offices, local governing body, educational institutions and medical institutions.
Key responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:
- Planning IT strategy, verification Business case and Creation IT Roadmap
- Planning strategy based in IT governance
- CIO office members
- discussing about policy and applicable scope of Cloud Services, outsourcing Services and BPO Services depending on reseach result of IT Asset.
There are many cases within our firm that work is not just limited to supporting each client project, but the entire technology environment for a client as a partner, and one takes charge of broad areas.

【Basic Qualifications】

- Business Level of Japanese is required. (JLPT Level 1 is preferred)
- System development experience or consulting experience (5 years or more).
- Business experience(5 years or more)


【Preferred Skills】
- Power Point and Word skills in: Briefing materials or proposals creation experience.
- Hold specific expertise within public institutions, government and municipal offices, local governing body, educational institutions, and medical institutions.


【Professional Soft Skills】
- Various type of talent are needed with a broad skill set which can take the client issues and strategy into a consideration extensively.
- The following three are commonly required to all the candidates.
・Abilities to make business related decisions considering the client.
・Those who welcome new challenges.
・Strong determination to see the work through, abilities to assess matters objectively, and manage work by conducting the optimum communications according to a partner.
