A team that pioneers the digital transformation business in the healthcare industry:
“Digital transformation"" refers to the digitization of clients such as pharmaceutical companies and the strengthening of strategies and operations through AI.
Member of the Digital consulting team.
Develop, implement, and develop offerings for digitization based on the client strategy (Corporate strategy, product strategy, etc.)

【Required】
Experienced in Digital Transformation (Agile Project Management) at either the industry level, consulting, ad agencies, content production companies, etc. (Regardless of product or system type)
Solid understanding of digital PLM (product lifecycle management)
Has contributed on projects as a Scrum master or consulted for agile / scrum related digital projects
Ability to quickly bridge & manage both Waterfall & agile projects and to interact with all relevant cross functional stakeholders (IT, business, & global )
Client facing workshop facilitation and leadership skills
Strong desire to strengthen and accelerate the digitization of the traditional healthcare industry

【Not required, but preferred】
Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master
Digital Marketing
Some experience in the content production and business process (preferably Healthcare)
Some experience in search (paid or Organic) and consumer journey (industry, agency, or consulting experience)
Digital Consulting
Some experience UI / UX design (industry or consulting experience)
Knowledge for any parts of the digital marketing technology stack (Marketing & Ad, experience, back office <CRM,DMP,CMS,ETL>, and Analysis)
