仕事内容
【Job Responsiblity】
Creating new leads with Product team and close deals with building, security, retail brands or any entity who is interested in facial recognition technology.
- Building Access Solution, intelligent access control system by facial recognition (smart building)
- Retail Solution, using video analytics platform (smart retail)
Negotiate price (unit price and subscription fee) with customer and close the deal
Rapidly grow market shares and conquer the market
- Drive strategic sales penetration in new high potential accounts
- Drive leads with creative business model (e.g., recurring revenue)
- Execute strategic sales & marketing plan to meet requirements
Co-work with Sales Engineers and track sales activities using CRM tool (Sales force) and report the sales activity periodically to Sales manager and Sales Director.
Create and establish close relation with customers with all the stake holders inside the customer entity and represent our company.
Respond to Pre-Qualification, Request for Quotes, Request for Proposal and other detailed procurement contracts with support of System Engineers, Product Marketing team.
Collaborate with internal product and Engineering team to deliver the final solution to customer

- Building industry where security gate is required
- Security industry (IP camera, Security Gate)
- Retail brands where customer wants to use video information for AI analysis
- Any industry which require facial recognition technology

【Requirements】
Required Education and Experience
+3-year experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Technical background with strong commercial skills/experience
Has been working in security company or has close connection to building company is preferred.
Preferred to have below
- decision maker(s) who decides to enroll facial recognition solution for security or for marketing purpose.
- building or gating company (e.g., Secom, ALSOK, mori building)
Business leader i.e. work with Product Management/ Marketing and commercial team
Ability to translate market information into strategic/commercial business plans
Eager to learn AI and facial recognition technology if possible
Good understanding of new technology solutions within our business scope
【Required Expertise and Skills】
Good proof of Tracking records of Sales Revenue
Professional Commercial attitude
Accuracy with Speed and High motivation
Stress resistance
Goal oriented
Good communicative skills
Technical knowledge
