仕事内容

・ Introduce company’s products and solutions mainly to Japanese financial institutions with a goal of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets both at the team and individual levels by winning new clients and mandates
・ Develop strong and long-term relationship with the target clients to build and strengthen company’s brand in Japan as a trusted advisor for the clients
・ Target clients include, but are not limited to, Japanese insurers, banks (both mega- and regional) and financial intermediaries for HNW/retail individuals
・ Provide high-quality client service for existing clients, working together with Product Specialists and other relevant internal resources
・ Develop both short- and long-term strategies for cultivating and growing non-pension business, working together with Japan Leader


- Introduce company’s multi-manager products and solutions mainly to large Japanese financial institutions with a goal of achieving revenue and AUM growth targets by winning new clients and mandates
- Target clients are mainly life and non-life insurers (as opposed to banks) who have longer investment horizon and higher risk tolerance.
- Develop strong and long-term relationship with the target clients to build and strengthen company’s brand as a trusted advisor to win multiple mandates over time in significant sizes across various asset classes
- Provide high-quality client servicing for existing clients, working together with Product Specialists, Portfolio Managers, Operations and other relevant local and oversea internal resources
- Develop both short- and long-term strategies for cultivating and growing financial institution business, working together with Japan DS Leader

必要スキル

Education (degree / diploma)
University qualification with a bachelor’s degree

Experience
Ideally 5 years or longer of experience as a sales or a client service representative, covering Japanese insurers either in asset management or securities industry

Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
- Advanced understanding of financial markets as well as asset management products and solutions
- Deep understanding of ALM and balance-sheet investment of Japanese insurers
- Strong existing relationship and/or relationship building skills with large Japanese insurers
- Self-starter and team player with strong leadership as well as project-management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication skills in both Japanese and businesslevel English

Other requirements (licenses, certifications, specialized training)
CMA/CFA and JSDA Class 1 Representative would be a plus
