＜Responsibilities＞
・Organize and coordinate the development of mobile applications, edge hardware,
cloud based applications and SDKs for a world class computer vision platform.
・Demonstrate leadership skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team of engineers from different cultural backgrounds
・Set and fulfil the engineering hiring plan for the team, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
・Align engineering-wide priorities with product roadmap and corporate objectives
・Take ownership for predictable delivery of quality products that create omotenashi.
・Implement effective and culturally aware engineering processes and policies
・Represent our innovation leadership through public speaking at industry events

＜Minimum Requirements＞
・Multilingual Business fluent in Japanese and English
・Passionate about creating market leading computer vision products using AI and Deep Learning.
・Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
・At least 5 years of experience in an Engineering Management role in Japan.
・Exceptional multi-tasking abilities and organization skills.
・Excellent verbal and written communication skills
・Experience with agile software development methodologies
・Located in Tokyo Japan
