1. Responsible for collecting requirements from the client
2. Understand customer problem (business problem) and document the problem using BPMN (Business processing modeling notation) or Process flow or Pictorial representation whichever is acceptable to client and team

1. Experience in major IT implementation project or large Engineering/ Manufacturing projects
2. Must have worked with Manufacturing firms or clients who are into Manufacturing (can be Auto or Aero or Heavy Machinery, etc)
3. Good understanding of Business process
4. Good Communication skills (Japanese, JLPT 3〜) both written and verbal
5. Good Communication skills (English smooth communication) both written and verbal
6. Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes
7. Well proficient in English and Japanese to interact with our Team and Customer
Bilingual with manufacturing PLM, MES experience are welcome

[Good-to-Have]
1. Knowledge of general engineering and manufacturing
2. Should be self-motivated and good leadership skill
3. Experience working in a highly productive, fast-paced team
4. Experience in direct interactions with Offshore Team as well as Customer side
5. Experience of working with Manufacturing Industry (Aero OEM, Tier-1, etc) is a plus
