A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated professional to join us as an Engineering Manager to work onsite with a global investment bank.

The Engineering Manager will assist the Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the operation of all client systems and ensure they run efficiently, safely and balancing between risk and cost. He/she is also responsible for achieving excellence in the Critical Environment Management (CEM) program at the client’s premises, ensuring highest standards and that best practices are implemented with the support from the regional team of this account and our Japan Headquarters. WE have worked with the Client and developed several intelligent tools in delivering the services effectively.

【The duties of this role include】
・Critical facilities management and operations including preventive management
・Energy and environmental management
・Respond to emergency call outs and manage rectifications services
・Health and safety

【To apply you need to be】
You will be an experienced senior Facilities/Operations professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills for team and stakeholder management. You will ideally be degree qualified in mechanical or engineering with a high level of technical experience in the engineering, operations and facilities management sector.

A demonstrated ability to prioritize work within tight operational & financial deadlines is vital to the success of this role, as is a positive approach to meeting clients’ needs whilst managing tenant expectations.
