仕事内容
●Roles & Responsibilities
・Develop relationships with Japan sales leaders to drive leads to opportunities and shepherd those opportunities to closure, launch campaigns for your team, identify key targets and build out the contact database
・Partner with Public Sector marketing team to effectively capitalize on events and marketing campaigns by developing and executing comprehensive campaign plans
・Use sales force automation tools to ensure all data is captured, tracked, and qualified leads are entered and assigned to appropriate resources
・Develop reporting and dashboards, define KPIs and mechanisms to measure and drive productivity and impact for visibility across the business.
・Indirectly drive revenue and market share by service across all Japan market segments and meet or exceed assigned performance targets.

必要スキル
●Basic Qualifications
・BA/BS degree required.
・8+ years of sales experience which includes 4+ years in outbound lead generation or inside sales team
・3+ years’ experience building and retaining a world class outbound ales or lead generation team in high-technology or Public Sector
・Excellent oral and written communication skills
・Business level English
●Preferred Qualifications:
・Masters or MBA a plus
・Industry experience with Education and EdTechs
・Extensive customer & contact network in the Education sector
・A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience very helpful
・Demonstrable track record of building and leading high-functioning, geographically dispersed demand generation teams
・Skilled at cross organizational collaboration and building relationships and trust with customers and account teams
・Demonstrated ability to create innovative and targeted lead generation programs that generate results
・Successful management of complex and multi-faceted programs with demonstrated results
・Proven success creating a vision for a team and successfully executing against that vision
・The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced and high growth environment
・A career path that demonstrates increasing levels of responsibility and a reputation for driving benchmark industry products/services
