【Key responsibilities】
The Head of Finance will be responsible for all aspects of the equity and debt financing of the Fund as well as the financial and investor reporting. This position will play a key role in driving the financing strategy to support the ongoing growth of the Fund. This position will involve coordinating and communication with members of the Acquisitions and Asset Management.

・Establish and execute optimal equity and debt financing strategies to fuel the growth of the assets under management.
・Review asset level cash flow models and maintain earnings and cash flow model of the Fund to support fund management operations.
・Prepare and review financial statements, annual reports and other disclosure materials / presentations.
・Handle investor relations and press releases.
・Develop high-quality commercial relationships with lenders and securities companies.

【Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree or higher.
・12+ years of work experience in real estate investment or finance.
・Relevant experience within a J-REIT is desirable.
・Fluency in English.
