Wealth and Asset Management Business Transformation Consultant (Manager / Senior Manager)

Our firm is seeking candidates to join the Wealth and Asset Management Advisory team. We help clients navigate industry change by supporting their strategy development, technology-enabled transformation efforts, operating model enhancement, and much more. Ideal candidates will possess a wealth and asset management industry background, consulting or project management experience, technology knowledge, be a native Japanese and strong English speaker, have good teamwork skills, and possess a desire to help build client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Business development - You will be involved with client relationship development and identification of service delivery opportunities. You will assist the head of Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) Advisory to manage a pipeline of opportunities.
Engagement delivery You will lead and support teams of consultants in delivering successful engagements, leveraging our network, methodologies, and best practices.
Brand development You will support brand development activities, including creating thought leadership, client discussion materials, and participating in industry events.

・5+ years of experience in / serving the asset management and/or wealth management industry
・Project management experience
・Experience with industry technology platforms such as T-STAR, Aladdin, Charles River, etc.
・Native Japanese (spoken and written) and strong English language skills
